Alternatives to iPhone? Garmin nuvifone with GPS

We all know iPhone has been a HUGE hit worldwide as one of the first phones that utilized an entire touch screen. But as many would say, Apple products seem to be overrated all the time despite the fact that there’s many functions that people dislike and such.

The whole purpose of a cellular phone would be to simply talk wherever you are, but the trend has generated an impression that cell phones have to be luxurious to satisfy our materialistic needs. Ok, we all know it. Apple answered people with the iPhone.

One of the most well known GPS company, Garmin, has announced their future release of Garmin nuvifone, and it seems to be very alike an iPhone. Very similarly, it has a 3.5 inch full touchscreen. But what’s so great about it? The GPS and many other features:

• GPS
• Photos / Pictures
• External Speaker
• Wifi
• Web browser
• 3.5″ touch screen

They say that this phone’s going to come out around the end of 2008, but if they were to be released right now, the most crucial comparison factor would be the price…
